Dr. Michael K. Louie
Dr. Louie is a board certified urologist who founded the Louie Medical Group Inc. in 2012. Before founding the group, he was an Assistant Clinical Professor of Urology at UC Irvine Medical Center in the Department of Urology and at the Long Beach VA Hospital. During his 2 years at UC Irvine, Dr. Louie was the Urology Residency Program Director, Co-Director of the Minimally Invasive Urology Fellowship, and Co-Director of the Robotic Oncology Center. Dr. Louie completed a 2 year Endourology Society endorsed minimally invasive urologic surgery fellowship in 2009. Dr. Louie completed his residency in Urology at the Ohio State University Medical Center in 2007.
Other Notable Accomplishments
- First surgeon at UC Irvine to perform retroperitoneal robotic partial nephrectomy, robotic simple prostatectomy, robotic colovesical fistula repair, and robotic nephro-ureterectomy.
- First surgeon at UC Irvine and one of the first in Southern California to utilize button bipolar plasma-vaporization technology to ablate enlarged prostates due to BPH.
- One of the largest series of button plasma-vaporization of the prostate surgeries and robotic simple prostatectomies for enlarged prostates due to BPH.

Dr. Jack C. Hou
Dr. Hou is a compassionate and devoted urologist treating his patients in southern California. He grew up in New York and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at the Columbia University where he graduated magna cum laude. After college, Dr. Hou received his M.D degree from Boston University School of Medicine where he chose to devote his medical career to helping patients with urological conditions. Dr. Hou completed his specialty residency training in urology at the State University of New York in Syracuse.
After residency training, Dr. Hou spent additional years for fellowship training to sub-specialize in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgeries. Dr. Hou has published articles and book chapters in the field of general urology, female urology, and neuro-urology. Dr. Hou is also an invited speaker at professional society national meetings and conferences.
In addition to treating patients with general urological issues such as enlarged prostate, urinary symptoms, erectile dysfunction, and kidney stones, Dr. Hou is a specialist in taking care of female urological conditions such as recurrent urinary tract infection, pelvic pain, incontinence, overactive bladder, and pelvic organ prolapse.
Sheila Bobis, PA-C

Sheila Bobis is board certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. In 2013, she graduated with her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences, CA. She attended University of California, Riverside and in 2009, she received her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience. She has a minor in Liberal Arts, Behavioral Science, and Mathematics. She has over 5 years of experience working in education and healthcare. She is certified in Advance Cardiac Life Support, Basic Life Support, and First Aid & Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation by the American Heart Association. Sheila’s professional involvements include the American Urologic Association, California Academy of Physician Assistants, and American Academy of Physician Assistants.
