What is Urology? What is a Urologist?
Urology is a surgical specialty devoted to treating conditions involving the adrenal gland, urinary tract, and reproductive tract. There are many overlaps between urology and both traditionally medical and surgical subspecialties including nephrology, oncology, general surgery, vascular surgery, colorectal surgery, and even gynecological surgery.
